Our school is in its charismatic celebrations of Independence. Various cultural events are exhibited by our students. The programme was hosted by our respected Principal. Dr.S.Sivraman D.C.H and Mr.Janagan the Inspector of Police were the chief guest. National flag was hoisted by our beloved chief guest. Dr.S. Sivaraman followed by Tamil Thai Vazhthu.
1. The programme started with the March past by the higher secondary students. Beloved Chief Guest took the guard of honour and delivered a valuable speech.
2. The boys and girls of standard VI exhibited folk dance comprising of Oyilatam, Silambatam and Paraiatam.
3. Our country’s incredible dance Bharatham was rendered by our school girls.

Behalf of school management, school toppers in X, XII and the centum scorers were complemented with cash award. Apparently academic toppers from the classes VI, VII, VIII, IX and XI were complemented for their best results.
5. Our school boys of Standard XI exhibited a feat of an exclusive dance. It was a mind blowing performance.
6. Shawl-drill by the students of VIII was an array of colourful flowers and obviously a top knotch.
7. Fusion dance by the girls and boys of Standard VII in a North- Indian style was fabulous.
8. Dumb- bells by the VIII standard boys says that ‘Action speaks louder than words’.
9. Folk dance by the girls of Standard VIII, IX & XI was extraordinary.
10. Hoops and wands by VI Boys was a special feat to the audience.
11. Yoga was very speculative and formative.
12. Lezum by the girls of standard IX and X was bottled with energy and with aerobic movements.
